Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Luxvisor Rotate. If your item arrives 
damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery 
at contactchrisbm17@gmail.com, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns for 
change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchase.

To be eligible for a return due to a defect, the item must be 
unused and in the same condition you received it, with photos of 
the issue included in your request.

Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5-7 business days to 
your original payment method.
